Those are indeed two different artists whose names, when romanized, happen to be the same (鳴海ゆう = "Narumi Yuu" and 成海優 = "Narumi Yuu"). I imagine one was given the tag "Narumi Yu" to prevent duplicate tags. The images tagged with both should be 鳴海ゆう / "Narumi Yu" alone; one can check their Pixiv acc...

Not terribly familiar with any of the artists whose works you purchased... going by the pictures, the very last image (looks to be それでもふゆはやってくる - soredemo fuyu ha yattekuru) looks to be the most interesting, to me. Thanks, and good luck on customs!
