The most natural way for me, palms up, is also the wrong way. When I was little and still had issues remembering which was which, I used one of two methods. I would either picture a map of the US and find California, or I would just find my heart.

Remember to include the filesize of the image when reporting these kinds of issues. In all likelihood, that is the cause of your problems.
