They are made for 0 wind, so you will still have to guess the wind and elevation of the hole.
My advice is, learn the values for each graduation, and then, guess by yourself. With time, you won't need the tables anymore and will perform really nice beams ( saving me a lot of time on crappy approaches due to a pangya miss )
35% is 37.5y from rough
40% is 42y from rough
45% is 45.5y from rough
50% is 51y from rough
convert to fair is add 2ys(around 2.5y to be exact -.-)

for crimson users just add like half a yard every 10%
example: 40% add 2ys(4x.5) more which is 42+2=44ys
over 50% is a bit trickier
