The wiki is acting weird

I went to add a new artist to the Pixiv list, but when I tried saving it told me there is a problem with my session and that it's recommended to log out and then log in again to fix it. So I logged out, but now it gives me an error when I try to get in...

I tried cleaning my cache;
I tried re-entering the wiki...
None of them worked and now I am out of ideas

There was a problem with the server earlier today which may have prevented sessions from working correctly (among other things...). Do you still see this error?
