The usual single-row of icons to the right of where the link/image number above each upload is is broken off into two rows. I don't really know why. Perhaps it's the Halloween layout screwing it up? Or is it just me?

My screen is not like that. It's must be just you.
Make sure your window is maximized to fit the whole screen.

mine looks like that too, but i don't pay it any mind;
i do think too that maybe it's the halloween theme
maybe yuna-chii's screen has bigger resolution than ours and that's why she doesn't have the same problem ;v;

I also noticed this even though as a mod I don't have the report icon. It's fine now that we are back on the normal layout though.
