I think the bloomers tag should be changed so it can be used for Lolita style bloomers other than just the type worn for gym uniforms.

I think that's more underwear. Since in Victorian times, that was common undergarment (Even if you wore like 20 layers of dresses on top of it)

Except that it's called bloomer. I think that if we need to tag this, we will need 2 tags, one for the current use of the bloomer tag, and one for those lolita fashion pic

I'm not overly worried about having the tag for undergarments, I mean, you can't really call these pantsu. XD
And the tag is misused so often, I don't think it'd really hurt to make it...
I think if we add the tag we should make a "gym shorts" (for the shorts) and a "bloomers" (for the panties) tag or something along those lines.
