Users could be able to subscribe to their fav Artists and Series' tags to keep track of the newest added pictures in that determinate tag, instead of checking them out manually every time.
I think it could be done also with users, if you like the images he/she uploads here and trust his/her tastes
but that's the latter.I don't know if this can be done or how, but I suppose it would mean to have a page for the latest additions in the tags you have chosen.
