To me, coats and jackets seem too similar to make separate tags.

I like "choker" and "pantyhose". Created these tags.

How many non-school bag images do we have? I'm not entirely opposed to having a "bag" tag if it would be sufficiently used (as a parent of "school bag").

Well... It could be "drink" instead maybe? And with that you could also add juices, water, tea and all that within the tag instead of only alcohol drinks.

Like "beverage"? I think that was suggested awhile ago. There are lots of images with a beverage of some kind in them, but not enough that it would be redundant, I think.

I see a lot of arugements about what is a "protective" hat. The general hat tag is fine.

But If I want to search for a bag (not necessarily a grocery bag or a school bag), I can't. I guess my examples weren't really good, sorry.

I believe this was asked in the past and it was declined. We have a tanline tag, but having dark-skinned tag is a little discriminating. Some users would find it offensive that we are seperating light and dark-skinned characters.

The pantyhose tag just seems like a bad idea to me, because you can't really distinguish pantyhose unless you can see all the way up the leg, and images where you can see all the way up the leg are generally too ecchi for shuushuu.

^ I don't think that myself. Just as long as you can see that the 'socks' are 'inside' the skirt, you can (easily) say that's a pantyhose. And when you look for pantyhose's pictures, I think that's what someone looks for.
