Hmmm... I think the border on the right side needs to go away... looks weird at higher resolutions.

maybe if he takes the border on the right side and then the logo bg file has a border line added to it so it just contiunes all the way to the right edge. Otherwise the Open border would look a lil funky with it just stopping.

very good,to tell the truth I dont understand a thing in php but in my other forum the admin just gives an exact resolution (750x180) and anyone wo would like to participate must make something in this resolution otherwise he dont accept it,so if you can give me (or give us,if you gonna make another contest) an exact resolution we can work on it and make something that will fit the banner size ,also we can make our own background so everybody will have a chance to make something good
in any case,I'll wait a bit for your answer and see what I can do (and sorry for my lame english,I still have some problems writing that )

The new banner looks great! Here's my 2cents: I'd think it would look better if the ban was centered, or if it filled the enter length of the screen size, like the resubmitted version by drake, along with the other small suggestions to that edited version...

well,it's not really a matter of time,it's only training,I worked a lot my photoshop techniques because in my other forum they are people who are simply "photoshop gods",waaaay better than me,so trying to make somethings as good as them make me want to work and try better things everytime ^^
as for the police it's a default window police called Curlz,I finded cute and fitting the sky background that's why I used it for this last sigs ^^

hmm yea a centering would be nice . . though cutting border ends off and at least adding the top and bottom line to the gradiant fill might help . ..other than that . .having the banner link to http://e-shuushuu.net instead of just the forum would be an added plus . . I feel like I'm trapper here and can't click out to get back to the image board XD . . maybe I'm just lazy
