Re-upload again images when it disabled?

Hey, I'm not sure if I want to re-upload my disabled images for quality review (not review for inappropriate images ex: guro, hentai, pantsu, gore, ecchi, etc.) I need to re-upload to correct the quality.

If the reason for review and disablement was poor quality alone, and you came across the version of the image with much better quality, then I don't see anything against it.
Unless said image's quality is now better due heavy editing of the original art, that's it.
Or maybe I'm misunderstanding you?
