Suggestion for uploads: Mark as possibly inappropriate.

Sure, the current system of "PM a mod if you think it's inappropriate" works well, but only one mod sees it and can approve or dismiss it without asking the others, that, and not saying that anyone is, certain mods might be biased one way or another.

So, maybe have a checkbox that, if checked, the image is uploaded, but it's uploaded to where only the mods can see it, and they can debate on whenever it's inappropriate or not, and once a decision is made, and it gets approved, then it's added to the imageboard as though it was uploaded at that very time. With the mod debate removed of course.

Not really needed just now, but it's something that could be useful if ShuuShuu gets deathly popular.

Of course, people uploading a pic that's flagrantly against the rules could be punished accordingly. XD
