Purple-Haired Loli

I used to have this picture that, oddly enough, I can't even find anymore. I've looked everywhere (Photobucket, Gelbooru, 0chan, shuu, Danbooru, Lolibooru, etc. etc.) with no luck at all.
It was a girl sitting in front of makeup desk with a mirror (armoire I think?) and she was putting lipstick on and looking over her shoulder at the viewer. She had dull purple hair up in wild-curl pigtails, and she was barefoot. There was a staff leaning up against the wall beside her, I think. And a cape/hat somewhere indicating she might have been a mahou shoujo, or else a witch. I can't recall the exact type of hat it was.
Please help me find it. D: I miss it... and it was an adorable image.
