Looking for a pokemon image...

I'm looking for a pokemon image that I thought I favorited, btu I guess I didn't XP
The image is an original blonde character (kind of chibi looking) with blonde hair. She might or might not have a cowboy hat on. I can't really remember that well. I'm pretty sure that she's wearing shorts.
Anyway, there's like 4 Treekos in the picture, along with 1 jigglypuff standing next to the girl.

I've been looking for this picture for awhile, and it'd be awesome to finally find it!
