Okay, so there was this CG from a game that (for the most part) was pretty standard fair. HOWEVER, there was one image in it that really freaked me out and I'm trying to find it and show it to a friend. The game had two girls that looked kind of similar. I think they were maids and either one had blue hair and the other had purple hair, or they both had purple hair.

Anywho, the image is a guro-esque pic of how someone cut split them down the middle and then sewed them together. I think they were sitting on a bad or something too. There was some pretty distinct stitching going down the middle of them where they had been put together. It's a NWS image and I don't expect it to be posted here because of the content. If someone could at least find me a source or something then it'd be appreciated. I've been looking for a while and can't find it anywhere. Thanks!



EDIT: After doing some searching, I think it's from Akatsuki no Goei but I'm not sure yet.

I know exactly which image you mean, and I think I know where I saw it.
