Well, like the title says.. I'm searching for the artist:
I found this image somewhere on the internet, so I don't know anything..
The fact that the artwork resembles Ryoko Fukuyama's work irritates me.
I may be wrong, but it could be a picture of hers? I really have no clue.
By the way, this character is supposed to be Gin-Ichi.. uh, I meant Ichimaru Gin. (Bleach)
