I know the first image is of Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke. Someone just changed the hair color and such...the original picture is a front cover of one of the chapters of the manga.
Here it is:



And for the last picture you uploaded, the lady with the black hair and white dress, I know that is Lili Rochefort from the Tekken series since that is her exact same clothes, however, again someone changed the hair color. Her hair color is originally blond. I do not have the original of that pic though. :/ Sorry.
