Identify this image!

I have a request, if someone is willing to help me.
I joined AnimePaper.net a while back [what a big mistake] but have had bad luck with downloading they're images. After waiting, and saving my papers in order to download the images I wanted I noticed that when I try to download the large size it comes out blurry and pixilated.
I tried messaging the owners, however they didn't much help. Before I go on bore you with the details, I would greatly appreciate if someone would be willing to download the following and upload them on here.

uhm...you didn't even try looking them up through iqdb.org first, did you?

Not to mention quite a few of them did not return anything

Same goes with this image which, ever since I first caught wind of it (which admittedly was only a few minutes ago) has caused my familiarity sensors to blare out like a burglar alarm, yet I can't pinpoint the artist

Oh, in case anyone was wondering, I just found the solution to my own issue.

I Had the urge to check out iris's gallery from PortalGraphics.net, and eventually found http://www.portalgraphics.net/pg/illust/?image_id=10791
