I just wonder how come skirt-lift pics (like http://e-shuushuu.net/image/379224/) are allowed, but no gropes or many pantyshots? I mean... if you don't want blatant/obvious/big pantyshots, don't allow obvious pantyshot images like skirtlifts provide. >_>

Because this skirtlifting doesn't provide an obvious pantyshot unlike some other image we have disabled.

If moderating was an exact science, with only binary value, I wouldn't be here.
