Since we are into video, here is Misaki Kurehito Ustream's channel. There are recording for one of his illustration… Well, just 3 parts out of 5, except that these 3 parts already represents around 6 hours of real time drawing. If my memory of the video is correct, it's mainly SAI, then Photoshop for finishing touch. http://www.ustream.tv/channel/cradle-cg
