What's up with this new fad I keep seeing everywhere in anime art? Not complaining, just... wondering.

long story - short, some cosplayer found this sweater and then the whole internet went insane over it XD
(also, altho article says there might be inappropriate material in it, the nsfw images have a warning tag like our spoilers, so it's sfw to view...imo xD )
