I had this idea for a funny thread. Basically you share things that you have learned (but are not actually true) from video games, anime, movies, etc. For example:

Trauma Team taught me that:
- All tumors can be removed surgically, even ones previously deemed "inoperable".
- Sometimes tumors move around while surgeons are trying to remove them.
- When someone has a disease, they have every single symptom of it.
- Healing a patient mid-operation is as simple as injecting them with "the blue medicine".
- Small cuts will instantly close up when antibiotics are applied.
- Doctors "assisting" with a surgery don't actually do anything except give advice.
- After an operation, surgeons are given a letter grade.
- When people die, their genitals disappear and their skin turns aqua.
- It's laughably easy for an annoying young child to get into a high-security FBI forensics lab.
- High-security FBI forensics labs don't X-ray unexpected packages that arrive while they're investigating a series of bombings.

Fallout 3 taught me that:
- Radiation makes children invincible.
- All computer passwords are words found in a standard dictionary.
- Computer passwords can change if you try to guess them, then try again later.
- Wearing a lab coat instantly makes you more scientifically knowledgeable.

Add your own hilariously wrong lessons here!

I read a book called "Kitty-Talk for Dummies" in The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky.

Nyaaoo~n: You're absolutely right. (Strong Affirmation)
-
Nyaa~go: This way. (When guiding)
-
Nyaa~~o: This is it.
-
Nyayayaa~: (An expression of delight)
-
Nyaya~~go: Hold up. (When urging to be cautious)
-
Nyaa: These nails are bothering me. (When agitated)
-
Nyaa~~: I'm hungry.
-
Nyao~~n: (An expression of caution)
-
Nyaon: I'm tired.
-
Nyaon?: Who are you?
-
Nyao-n: Yes, that's right.
-
Nyao?: What's wrong?
-
Nya-o: So, we meet again... fleshy thing.
-
Nya-go: It's been a while. How have you been?
-
Nya~on: Goodbye.
-
Nya~o: Yes, that's exactly right. (Strong affirmation)
-
Nya~~go: Hello.
-
*Fumyaaa*: (A yawn)
-
Myaon?: What did you say, o' hairless one? (An expression of reproach)
-
Mya~uun: You are welcome, squishy pink thing.
-
Mya~u: I'm hungry. (Kitten talk)
-
Mya~~go: I'm sorry.

Oblivion has been teaching me lately that if you run around enough you will eventually be able to fly and run faster than horses!. :D
And also that horses and people magically know when they have not been acquired legitimately.

Hetalia makes me more enthusiasm in learning history. Therefore, I learned that shipping countries isn't awkward at all. 8D;;

Things I also learned from that game:

-The vampires are the black people from the past: No matter if they had to save the world, people just won't talk to them.

-All medieval guards have X-ray goggles with SoB (Stolen or bought) detector on them.

-Don't be afraid of destroying alternative universes, you will get teleported to your original location after that.

-The stores have everything the world needs to be saved, but no one wants to get out and do something.

Daily commercials on TV told that Cillit Bang is a great cleaning product.

After testing it on my Miyako Oppai Mouse Pad this proved to be right as it looks just like new now :)

Skyrim has taught me

- Lockpicks, notes, keys, and gold coins don't weigh anything.
- Sleep is only necessary for people who aren't me.
- It's impossible to use a weapon underwater.
- If someone asks you to do something, it's cool if you go do other stuff for weeks before actually doing it.
- Important events and conversations usually only happen while you are there to witness them.
- Walking around with no clothes is perfectly acceptable.
- You can learn things from a book even if you only look at the first page.
- You can learn things from a book even if the text of the book doesn't really explain it to you.

Many of these are applicable to the Elder Scrolls series in general. The "no fighting underwater" seems to be a Skyrim only thing (major bug), and in Morrowind, people would react when your character had no clothes.
