I found this post at animesuki:

[quote="Imaginary_num6er"]
...the "Rozen Maiden Fan Appreciation Assembly" was held in Yokohama on Feb. 19th. The assembly was said to include a "suprise" at the end....

yea i've had that there for years now . .lol. Back from the days I used to serve fansubs from my space by winning a quiz on a p2p network you could recieve the URL to the page from a link. Of course back then eps weren't very large so I could fit 2 or so on my 300mb space . .LOL.

I'm sure you've seen this also: Robimanga

http://users3.ev1.net/%7Eamfest/robimanga/

Back then there was no translation so I got someone to translate the images and I went in and did a really crappy job of editing them into english XD . . . Don't think really anyone saw our version of it . .oh well . . .it's still there for viewing anyhow >_> . . we sorta went more for hte literal sense version with footnotes XD my translator . she just loved to do research >_<

This is hilarious: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 8867535619

"For fans of the acclaimed Japanese drama Densha Otoko. A Japanese variety show films random otaku in Akihabara via hidden cameras to find real-life versions of the protagonist in the drama."

The funniest part is that the only one with enough guts to do something right away is the 84th or 85th otaku, who's dressed in a Hakuryo uniform from "Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien"... then again, just walking around like that takes guts so...

That Robimanga is awesomely, creepily, cute. ^^ Robin's Chiyo...it's awesome

Anyway. These are a few funny things i found lying around my pictures folder.

Image

The first is one of my friends Josh and Dan (I made the drive on the floor to snap the picture of Dan and this is what happened.) Anyway, we were waiting in line for closing ceremonies at Sakura-Con a couple years ago. A friend of mine wanted a copy of the picture, so she editted. This was taken on day 3 of hanging around a hotel with a crap-ton of people, and little sleep.

Image
This is Hello Kitty Cthulhu isn't it cute?

Image
And this is a little thing my friend made.

I got this from a friend too, but it's just funny

Image
I always knew Gandalf was a pimp

Image
I found this while looking for pictures for one of my classes. I just thought it was neat, and made the Crazy88 even scarier.
I'll try to find more funny stuff...enjoy

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Amfest. Those 2 links you posted with the cat girls and the miko were just awesome. the cat girl one had so much cuteness I went into a cuteness induced coma, to protect my mind from cuteness overload.
And ya solwyvern mabye you should cut back on the disgaea just a little. On a side note number 2 is coming to the states soon.
