Thanks guys! I may be able to get on during daytime hours but it probably won't be for long since I'll be working nightshift. I'll have to see. (^_^)

Good to hear that Ran!

Nightshift may be hard (depends on the person though) but it should mean a decent pay (at least night hours are paid more here) and a chance to jobhunt for better jobs during the day if you should so desire.
After "Nightshift nurses" now "nightshift Ran"? ^_~

On a personal note, I'm nicely on schedule with studying for my semester final on Wednesday, getting in quite a bit of hours of studying and making exercises. But not like a decade ago when I was in university and studied for 10-12 hours a day, that many hours just wouldn't make class fun anymore and my goal is to learn Japanese and have fun doing so. Plus as I am older now studying like that pretty much totally wears me out by evening.

Still I'm confident enough I'll manage just fine. ^^

Hell yes Ran! Awesome job!
So, what are you going to do, besides doing nightshifts? (Almost typed "nightshits". Do'h. XD)

As for my own: I finished my work practice period, signed all of the necesarry paperwork (And let my ex-boss sign them too, kinda important) and now it's 2 weeks of relaxing~!
Now let's my request for a week vacation at my part-time job works out as well, then I'll have absolutely nothing to worry about next week. <3

Tsunacon this sunday! Going as G-Man and judging in the cosplay fashion show! (excuse the caps) AND THERE'S GOING TO BE A BRIDGET IN IT! <3333333333333 (It's a friend of mine and while I've seen her in the outfit before, I still cooked up a few niiice questions, Heh heh heh.)

Thanks again everyone. Unfortunately good news is always accompanied with bad news. The bad news being that a pipe in our fire sprinkler system bursted above my closet. The entire ceiling caved in and the walls are destroyed. Even better is that I had all my figurines, doujins, and collectables in there. Luckily they were in plastic bags so the only things that really got damage were some collectable postcards and two doujins (Negimaru 4 & 5). So I had to wash all of clothes that were in there, moved all of my anime stuff to my bathroom, and I can't sleep in my room. I'm sharing Hiromi's room right now as we wait for the repair guys to fix my closet and our carpet. Yay.

P.S. - I also have strept throat. :(

P.S.S. - This took like 10 minutes to type with the DualShock 3. lol

That's pretty horrible, water and fire damage (or other such natural disaster similar events) can be pretty defeating. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Irony hit me about an hour ago. While at school today, I was chatting with a friend about how he had to wait several hours before he was picked up from school. He said he is always able to wait that long as long as he has his laptop and internet. I mentioned to him how it would suck real bad if a blackout happened that lasted a long time. Then after arriving at home at 12 noon sharp, everything was fine till 1:30, where a blackout happened in the area. Ironic and somewhat funny.

Had written exam today for Japanese class and it went alright, exam itself was well balanced, not too easy and not too hard. Got there early and was glad sensei allowed us to go in and start already, I hate waiting outside with the mass since they always run around like a nervous flock and transfer their nervousness on others. My hand's killing me though from all that writing and trying to write as well as possible.
Glad the written test is done, hope oral one will go well too. ^^

When I got out of my car as I got home, my cell phone fell from my pocket onto the concrete. >_<
Phone itself seems to work fine but one of the corners has a few little dents and the screen has a few more scratches. By most normal people's standards the damage is minimal and barely noticeable, but when you try and take good care of your possessions like myself and are... well... obsessive about it that kind of stuff bugs you to death.

The Nokia 6120 Navigator is a great phone and I am very glad I received it but the screen is a nightmare, it gets scratches just from looking at it.

Anyone else have easily scratched screens on their Nokia or other brand cell phones?
Or any of you have or know one that's very scratch resistant?
