Wasn't sure which was better, so...
With borderish-things, text blending options is set to outer glow

No borderish-things, text blending options is set to stroke

These are the right sizes, correct? 980 width x 200 height.
And if you want me to cut these, just say so and I'll go chop 'em up. (:
