This might be only a small suggestion but I believe that it would be nice to have one that feature some of the popular members we have here.

I think it's better to remove my AIR banner. It doesnt look good ><

I think the only problem with the AIR one is that the blue in it is too dark for the current site color theme. The rest of the site has a mostly blue theme to it, but it a lighter shade than that of the banner. Want to try to use a different shade of blue (or different color altogether) to see how it looks?
