If you have an idea that you think will benefit the shuushuu image board or its users, post it here

Examples may be suggesting a new feature or how to make a current feature work better.

Adding a link back to the main site would be nice somewhere ontop
And i briefly glanced at the other suggestion thread and you said there wasn't going to be a general section, which seems against the point of this whole forum that is to get rid of random off topic chat on the images.

Well, I think I will add a general section and test it for a bit.

Maybe we could split it. Forums for the left side, image board for the right side.
Like right now, the right side is pretty empty. we need two smaller banners of equal sizes. which means... =P

I hope I am posting in the correct forum suggestion thread.

I know the forums are really new right now, so this seems a bit silly at the moment. However, once traffic and threads pick up, a section on the image board that listed "Hot Topics" or "New threads" may help direct more of the chit chat this way instead of on the image comments.

On the other hand, I have no idea how difficult that would be. My idea of coding is with a tutorial in front of my face guiding me.

I searched around some forums to try and find an example, since I am not sure how to describe it clearly. On this forum, there is a box called "Most active threads since last week" that shows their more active threads.

Something like "Recent activity on the forums:" off to the right with the thread names would be kind of like a sample of whats going on over here. I assume there is a type of code that auto updates the latest threads etc.

But it was just a thought, so I thought I would throw it out there. ^.^;;

Btw, I am not a part of that forum or anything. They were only drawn from the magic google hat.

I don't think phpbb supports behavior like this on a global scale. I could be wrong though...

hey . . . is there anyway on the Ads to make them automatically open in a new window instead of the current window?? Makes it easier to close new windows and not leave the most important site at all

I usually just use the right mouse button and than open it in a separate window. It still shows pagead.google in the address bar when I open it like this so I think it still registers the ads are being clicked on.

um...well as you all know some threads have been locked cos of off topic posts so i was wondering if we should make a misc thread for members only so for off topic convo we can just post it there and keep it out of the threads that have a topic.....
