Shuugeist, the most popular images on e-shuushuu

Shuugeist is the zeitgeist of e-shuushuu.

A while ago, when I was wondering about popularity Hatsune Miko as compared to other characters seen on e-shuushuu I created a few scripts which monitored tags for the images posted on the board, and generated "top-ten" lists.

Recently, I was wondering whether Mio Akiyama and K-ON were becoming more popular then Hatsune Miku and Vocaloid. So I have decided to revisit this project and have rewritten Shuugeist.

The answer, by the way, is no. Mio was more popular then Miku for a few days last month, but her popularity is falling, while Miku is consistently number one.

Check it out for yourself. The data is updated once per day.

I don't understand the graph at the top... Is the left side of the graph more recent or is the right side more recent?
