 Post subject: Artist tags with spaces at the end

I have noticed several tags of artists that have somehow wound up with a space at the end

http://e-shuushuu.net/tags/?tag_name=*+ ... _aliases=0

I know this might take a while to fix, but I thought that knowing the full extent would help a bit
