It's close to summer, you're supposed to have a swimsuit phase at least once a year!

Preferably starting on January 1 and ending on December 31

I third it

Motion passed they must now wear swimsuits during that time for fear of penalty. The penalty is wearing a tight school mizugi.

Now on to new business. Ran plans to build a Loli Star kinda like the Death Star but not and he wishes to use funds from the Federal Shuu Bank to finance his endeavor.
