pantsu != automatic disable
It all goes back to the true intent of the image... if the image focuses more on artistic beauty than attempting to arouse erotically, I believe such an image should be allowed.
There is nothing wrong with exposed skin or nudity. In fact, it can make an image more beautiful. However, if it's only there for H purposes, we don't want it.
In this case, I think it's more artistic than not.
The original version of this image may be too extreme though (considering the lower ribon is partially transparent). Drake's version is acceptable however. I'm re-enabling it for now.
