Well I haven't been around for awhile, but I remember the definition for a trap on shuu was pretty strict. Not only did the character in question have to be EXTREMELY convincing, they (if they were an established character and not an OC) have to see themselves as female, or it had to be something they did all the time.

Nezumi dressed as a female ONCE. For a play. That's it. He doesn't want to be a female, he doesn't (off the stage, and from what I hear he only had ONE crossdressing role) act female, he doesn't identify himself as female..

We have a trap tag, we have a genderswap tag, what we do not have "cross dressing tag" which by all accounts is what Nezumi is doing (once I might add)

There's also the nitpicky fact that while he does look convincingly female in some of the "trap" pics others, such as this one.. he looks COMPLETLY MALE. Dress and cute blush be darned to hell, that looks like a dude o3o

The rule was never that they had to see themselves as female; the rule is that they had to be mistaken for a female. Trapdom has nothing to do with what gender he identifies as. It's not a "transgender" tag. Furthermore, it has nothing to do with frequency and everything to do with how well they fooled the other characters. As a well-known Shakespearean actor of a prominent female lead, Ophelia, it can be implied he convincingly plays the role of a female.

Nezumi has a female stage name that he's recognized by, Eve, implying he has in fact done this more than once. It's not just a solitary role he took, and even if it was, the tag isn't determined by how often the character traps people. When you're assuming the role of a female in a play, it's not just dressing as the other sex, it's acting as them and convincing people you are them. Therefore, he fits the description of trap.

XD I still say he looks 100% Male in a lot of the pics.

I say he looks feminine in this one.

Let's make this decision an easy one and juuuuuuuust...wait for it...review it~! #applauds

Shuu's trap definition was meant to have changed a while back anyway (doesn't have to be convincing; only has to crossdress in the original source). But people (the mods included) seem to have forgotten it happened at all...unless I dreamed it. o_o;
