In my opinion, no; they don't cover her hands at all, which makes them detachable sleeves, rather than gloves. ^^;

I wouldn't say so, no. More like detached sleeves. Long gloves are a thing that exists but these don't really make gloves. In fact, they cut off right at the wrist part.
