I "believe" the artist is "ViViVooVoo" at Deviant Art (I know I've seen another picture very similar to this, though, so it might be another edit.) Also, I'm not sure about the tags. What tag should I use for these type of shoes? And is there some kind of tag for crossed legs?

We have a "high heels" tag for the shoes, as you can see part of the stiletto heel behind the shoe. We don't have any specific tags for crossing legs.

Bodysuits need to cover the whole body, at the very least which wasn't the case here :)
