Was unable to add "Tyrantrum" Character tag, as well as either artist name.

Only tag team members and moderators can create new tags. If you come across missing tag that needs to be added, the best course of action would be to use "Report" function in right top corner of image box (where favourite button also is) to inform us about it (^^)
