I'd like to suggest a "multicolored hair" tag. It would also cover different colored streaks or ombre / gradient hair. A few examples of characters that would fit this tag are: Neopolitan from RWBY Ninomiya Asuka from The Idolm@ster Artemisia and Layla from Sound Horizon Commandant Teste from Kantai...
