I was at the store with all the cheap little Asian accessories and bought an eyelash curler the other day. Oh! I had no idea... that suddenly makes sense now

Sometimes (like this morning) I am only able to make an amount of uploads smaller than 15 (today was only 11) even if I submitted all 15 yesterday. Sometimes it gets "stuck" on a certain number (it was 6 the other day for some reason). Does this happen to anyone else?
