Actually, I probably won't add a bunch of general sections. I've learned from kawaii-radio that doing that is inviting trouble. I'd rather keep this forum system related to the image board...
An anime and/or manga section will probably be ok, but no general chat section...

Picking random banners in phpbb isn't easy as it uses template files. I'd have to modify phpbb directly and I don't want to do that because I'd have to update it for every version, plus there are other sites on the server that share the phpbb code...

Well, even the 94 is flexible. It can be higher, but let's keep it to a reasonable size, eh? =P

Well, the default forum style is softblue, but each style can actually have a different logo. I'd say softblue for now since its what new users see. The current softblue logo is 295x94. I think around 94 is a good height, but it could definately be longer than 295 :) As for what's in it, I don't car...
