How about just a "socks" tag? For socks that aren't thigh highs. It could count for shin highs, knee highs, ankle socks, etc.

*really really really really wants to be on the tagging team* It would be much easier just to be able to change things myself when I see missing tags, especially with the really old pictures that have like, no tags.
