How about "eye color" tags? for example:

- "pink eyes"
- "brown eyes"
- "red eyes"
- "purple eyes"
- "gray eyes"
.... etc
And how about "clouds" "yukata" "window" "scared" "house" "room" "spring" "heart" "petals"? Is my suggestions mentioned before?
