About every search form is too short

When I look at search forms like http://e-shuushuu.net/search/ and http://e-shuushuu.net/search/similar/ the forms are very short, causing huge amounts of empty space at the right side.
Given that it wasn't exactly like this before today's update, I'm guessing it must be some kind of goof.
