why not make anoter ite of e-shuushuu that is only male pics.?

Well for starters you'd need people willing to do all the different programming tasks that are required for such an image board site, and I'm sure anonymous_object and the other programmers already have their hands full with this site and their day jobs.
You'd also need to get the necessary hosting, webspace and bandwidth which is financially a very significant monthly investment.
Considering these factors, I can understand that anony is not keen on taking on that financial and work burden to do something he seemingly holds little interest in.

Eh, doubt Anony would make one, or hand over the source code, but to be honest, it would be a good niche, since there is a lack of worksafe bishie imageboards.

While it is a great idea, like Smithy said, there's a bunch of work and worrying that the staff of this site cannot handle at this moment. E-Shuushuu itself is in constant growth, so to start a completely new imageboard from zero is almost like doubling all the work and headaches.

If you want male pictures, there's always the /cm/ (Cute Males) board at 4chan. Despite popular belief, it's one of the few boards that tries to stay as close to worksafe as possible and won't eat your guts at first sight.

It's a wonderful idea...thought of it myself when I first arrived here, but it's definitely a lot of hard work and for that it would be needed a whole new team, as Smithy said.

Yeah, but you know the "Bishi" term, right ? It's not that odd that someone else thought about it, since it's a good word game.

Second possibility is that Ran read it in the past and had forgotten about the suggestion and posted it, thinking of it as a personal idea.

He was actually referring to the term we created a long time ago, not suggesting a new one out of the blue.

He he he... I should have knew it. (or at least guessed) But I'm the annoying Newb after all; being prone to mistakes and assumptions isn't overruled from time to time.

Also, I should have added something of the lines: "The idea of Gender-Flipped version of Shuu surely has been a recurrent note, at least since August 24th, 2007"

Anyway, on a different note...I gotta wonder, and realize that I won't have anything to do on such Image Board. After all, most of guys images I got look like this:

... And that's if there are human beings featured at all.

I think that's a great idea, actually.
I hope sometime in the future Anony will consider allowing cute male images on E-shuushuu.
