I actually have a couple of suggestions, if that's okay^^

First, we have "thigh highs" and "pantyhose/tights", but what about "leggings?" For example in this image:

They couldn't be thigh highs because they go from the feet up to the thighs, and pantyhose is covering the whole leg. So where exactly would leggings fit in, since they go from the waste to the calf/ankle? And I can't really see them as pants because women usually wears these under skirts or shorts, like the girl in the image.

Second, perhaps "bubbles" as a tag?

Third, "balloon" as a tag?

I second the balloon and bubbles tag. As for leggings, we could just call them "socks" >_> I dunno. XD;

I would just use "pants" and "skirt" in that case.
I don't really want to create yet another leg clothing tag...>_<

Bubbles is okay.

Anyway, I think that's a common yet rare enough theme to work as a tag.

The other, I wouldn't mind either way. It's not seen in as many diverse situations though.

On a similar note, what about those wind chimes, you know, the ones in the summer. Wikipedia calls them Fūrin (風鈴), but there's no article on them.

But you could be at the beach without having water in the background, or be in the ocean without necessarily seeing sand.
