"How-To" Page on Imageboard?

I feel that a page linked on the front page with "How-To" instructions concerning tagging images and searching could really be a helpful addition for new members. This could greatly clarify a lot of questions that new members may have, as well as help make the job a little easier for moderators. (^_^)

Oh yeah, I was supposed to make one of these. I promised I would but I never got around to it. I will start working on this tonight.
