Okay I've got one! How about a "movie" tag? For images like G.I. Joe, Chicago, Hotel for Dogs, and those that feature characters who aren't originally meant to be in anime form?

I don't really get why you're reacting on it now. I mean, both tags have been here for quite a while now.
Either way: The difference, as far as I can see it, is usually seen in images posted on the board. And yes, my point of view is from what I see how other people use both tags.
If the ears have tufts of hair coming out of them and have a furry tip, it's a wolf.

Alright, well I have a few tag suggestions that I think would be nice and descriptive, making it a bit easier to find images around the board.
"collar" tags, for those images of neko/kitsune/etc girls with collars on.
"leash" tags, for ones who have both collar and leash.
"costume" or "animal suit" tags for those wearing animal suits, such as... http://e-shuushuu.net/image/175368/
"sidetail" for those images with "side ponytails", such as... http://e-shuushuu.net/image/137176/ and http://e-shuushuu.net/image/16099/
"shoujo-ai" for those girl-girl couple pictures. Wouldn't be confusing it with "yuri" since "yuri" is the term mostly used for sexually explicit images, at least in my view. Shoujo-ai is for innocent coupling images.
"pose" for those images of girls striking a pose--whether it's from another anime or simply a cute, fashionable position.
"shopping bag" for those of girls carrying white/brown bags with food items in them, such as...

"desk" for those with desks (school or home) in them.

I think "animal suit" is an acceptable idea.
I don't see the need for "class" really.
And I don't see a need for "pose". Besides, what do you constitute as a pose as compared to not a pose? Any stance is a pose, whether it's relaxed, model-ish, angry, animal related, etc. I don't approve of any of the others either.

I have humble suggestions of my own:
"aircraft" or "airship" for any machine capable of flying in air (planes, balloons, helicopters etc.)
Similarly for sea vehicles - "ship" or "boat"
I also support creation of "military" tag, but as separate one instead of replacing "soldier" tag. I agree that it might be vague, as "soldier" and "uniform" tags pretty much covers it, but that tag could be used for pictures containing tanks or other vehicles used exclusively by military or military-like situations and such.
Also I planned to suggest one more tag, similar to "albino", but I decided not to mention it since it would definitely cause some issues.

Hrm, those look more like they're part of the dress rather than a jacket, to me... but I would say long jackets would still fall under "jacket".

For a moment, I thought we had "car" or "vehicle" (the latter of which I would have suggested instead), but it appears we do not. I don't think they're really applicable in very many images, anyway. Maybe a generic "vehicle" tag would work, and then just add in "sky" or "water" as necessary?

Animal suit just has such a furry connotation to me, I can't help but "meh" it. =/
Too many tags for the environment as opposed to tag the human aspects in the image seem rather... I don't know. Distant from the topic to me.
