Hello, the artist of this illustration is Misato Mitsumi (aka Cut a dash!!)

The original pic doesn't seem to be on e-shuushuu, or at least not properly tagged. It isn't on AnimePaper either.

if the original was .. it could be disabled also . .seeing as their might be some pantsu .. or "ahem" missing pantsu where that heart mark is covering.
