Looks like Sugar Sugar Rune. But not sure I've only seen images from the anime.

Nah, I think she's from the manga series "Rockin' Heaven".
The art looks like it. ^^

Yeah, she is from this series. Some infos:
Title: Rockin' Heaven - Teen's Premier Love Beat
Mangaka: Mayu Sakai
Her name should be Sawa Konishi and this is the cover of the first volume in germany. ^^

If this isn't the series, it's definitly some other work of Mayu Sakai. ^^
