I have convinced myself that this is at least partially the doings of Ichiyou Moka. However, due to the similarity in outfit design to http://e-shuushuu.net/image/449644/ it may be in collaboration with someone only known as "Usagi"
Usagi who? You tell me. all I got are three images with similar-looking eyes. Neither Moka nor whoever runs that site gave any links or anything.
