That one reminds me of Chrno Crusade. It might feature Rosette and her brother, Joshua, though more or less modified.

This image has no original to it really.
The original was drawn a long time ago by a girl, who tore the original up and threw it away when her boyfriend left her.
Sadly, no one is gonna have it.
