If it helps, that picture is probably from Toraonana, a doujin store. Sadly I was only able to find images with the sample stamp, but if it is any compensation, it is from Rawhia's IA artbook. I have it ordered and on the way through a proxy and I'll scan it for you if you want it that bad when it comes in.

hmm...to be honest, i don't know but tenaku's artworks seem like the same artstyle than volatilefortune, who's style not only seems inconsistent (maybe i have just seen some old and some new art ant the contrast in skill has confused me?) but also doesn't give off the same vibe...
so i am sticking with my claim that tenaku is the artist XD
ofc, that doesn't necessarily mean i am right;
