I'm like 99.99% sure that's the Utaite Momobako drawn by Rojiko but I can't seem to find the original image after scouring multiple sites. D:

This is a work by Naipeta, but I wonder if she originates from anything? All I know is that in his/her gallery page, the image is categorized under "Oshigoto" (オシゴト) and the image itself has the filename "kunu1.jpg"
